Blueberries are very well known for their pretty amazing nutritional properties. Although goji berries dwarf them in terms of antioxidant levels, they are next on the list!
Blueberries should really be made as part of your daily diet along with goji berries… and ideally you should get fresh blueberries.
However, like with a lot of fruits (and even more so with blueberries), they are pretty expensive to buy fresh.
So, one good idea is to try to get fresh blueberries as often as you can, but also to keep a supply of dried blueberries, which are cheaper, so that you always have them at hand.
